It’s a tale as old as time. The kids move out, and parents have to put that energy into something else.
In the case of Amy MacMillan, her father has filled that hole with something a bit stranger than most. Instead of putting that energy into getting an official pet (or hell, a mid-life-crisis car), he’s been feeding a wild fox near his house and takes the task pretty seriously.
